Please contact us via email to: support@verisecint.com and provide us with the following information as soon as possible, so that we can assist you:

  • Company name or customer reference number
  • Contact information: Telephone and email
  • Product and/or Service, as well as version number, if applicable
  • A thorough description of the issue, including any environmental factors
  • Operating system/Network environment
  • Server serial/license number
Once we receive your email, one of our Support representatives will contact you to open a Support Ticket number, provide you with a Support ticket reference and advise you on any next steps.
